E6 ALASKA (dry heated) /E6 Boston (moist heated)
PURPOSE:
With running temperature 60~65℃, dry heated cabinet is used for exhibit baked, smoked, pan fried and deep fried foods, while moist heated cabinet is for hot dishes, steamed-boiled foods, cooked meat, etc.
4 basic lengths--1250mm, 1875mm, 2500mm and 3750mm--can be jointed together at will.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Alaska dry hearted cabinet adopts national patent heating technology--hot air circling heating. its inside temperature is uniform and constant and will not happen partially much higher like traditional dry heated cabinets. what’s more, it can save 30% of energy consumption than traditional ones.
