Cooling cabinet at M1(-1~5℃) is used for kinds of meat, fruits, deli, dairy products and cold drinks, etc.  

Dry heated cabinet at 60~65℃ is for baked, smoked, pan fried and deep fried foods, etc.

Moist heated cabinet is for hot-dishes, steamed-boiled food and cooked meat, etc.

4 basic lengths--1250mm, 1875mm, 2500mm and 3750mm--can be jointed together freely.
